Start writing your goals for the year under each section of the paper. Dreaming of buying a new phone? Add it under the section one. That new designer bag can also be in there right next to it. Add all your travel plans under the "Where I want to go in 2024" section. Add the courses, new skills, or credentials you are planning to attain in the third section. The section "What I want to be in 2024" can include all the traits you would like to see in the new and empowered version of you that would emerge by the end of 2024. Beautiful, Healthy, Spiritual… Everything you like to be can be achieved.
